These Terms and Conditions regulate the download, access and use of the Decor AI mobile application (hereinafter, the “APP”), which Apparent Group Limited owns and which is available to users on Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS) and which can be accessed through the website https://decorai.life
The user acquires this condition by downloading and using the application. By accessing the APP, the user acknowledges having accepted and consented unreservedly to these terms of use and privacy policy.

Decor AI is a mobile application designed for interior and exterior design visualization. It leverages artificial intelligence to help users redesign and remodel their living spaces digitally. Users can upload photos of their rooms and apply various AI-powered transformations, including:
The APP is available for download on Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS). The user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions regarding obtaining, downloading and updating the APP that these application stores respectively determine.

When starting the APP for the first time, users will be guided through an onboarding experience that introduces the APP’s key features and capabilities.
Users have access to a free version with limited features, which can be used to test the APP and evaluate its suitability. To enjoy unlimited access to all features, users must subscribe to the Pro version through various payment plans available:
Subscriptions include a 3-day free trial for first-time users. Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchase systems, depending on the platform from which the APP was downloaded.
The APP is intended for users aged 13 years and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the APP.
The main interface provides access to all core features through an intuitive grid of feature cards. Each feature card displays a representative image and a “Try it!” button to begin using that feature.

The intellectual and industrial property rights over the APP, including its design, features, code, and AI models, are owned by Apparent Group Limited, which has exclusive rights to exploit them in any form.
The user acknowledges that the reproduction, modification, distribution, commercialization, decompilation, disassembly, use of reverse engineering techniques or any other means to obtain the source code, transformation or publication of any element of the APP constitutes an infringement of the intellectual property rights of Apparent Group Limited.

Users are responsible for all content they upload or create through the APP, including its legality, reliability and appropriateness.
By uploading or creating content through the APP, users represent and warrant that:
License Grant: Users retain all rights to their original uploaded photos. However, by using the APP and creating AI-generated designs, users grant Apparent Group Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Users can delete their designs from their history at any time. However, content already used for AI model training (in anonymized form) cannot be removed from trained models.
Images generated by the APP’s AI system are created based on user inputs (photos, prompts, selections). While users receive rights to use these AI-generated images for personal and commercial purposes, users acknowledge that:

For Individual Consumers: Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws and courts of your country of residence.
